THE BUILDING PROCESS
It is our priority for you, not only to love your new home, but to also experience a smooth development process. Clear expectations, a well-scheduled building plan, and a high-level of client-contractor communication are essential to an efficient building project. And we enlist a number of documents, always available to you online, to facilitate as smooth a process as possible.

From groundbreaking to closing, projected and actual costs of every expense incurred on your home are itemized on a good faith estimate of costs. This working document provides us and our client real-time figures that delineate costs and help us maintain budget.

For each of our building projects, we design a specialized master building schedule, and we are constantly updating that schedule as the project progresses.

Many first-time home-builders are simply overwhelmed by the innumerable decisions that confront them. We’ve reduced this never-ending stream of decisions to five selection sheets. At each phase in the master building schedule, Teresa guides you through the decisions on the appropriate selection sheet to ensure that the appearance and the production of your home both keep flowing seamlessly.
